TUESDAY MOMMY TIP: sneak veggies into your children's diet

Sneak some veggies into your child's diet by making them a fruit and veggie smoothie. Earlier today I made my version of a monster smoothie with my awesome Vitamix blender (I HEART MY VITAMIX- I use it EVERYDAY!)

My version of the Green Monster Smoothie:

1 frozen banana
handful of frozen pineapple chunks
handful of frozen mango chunks
1 kiwi
1 celery stalk
2 handfuls of fresh spinach
2 tablespoons of honey
1 1/2 cup of Orange juice

Blend and drink. Your kid's will love this smoothie. (NOTE: do not add any strawberries, blueberries, rasberries, or blackberries as this is make you smoothie come out a little brown because your mixing colors with the spinach- but it will still taste really good!!!!)

I HEART Free printables. My favorite is when you can personalize and create a unique gift for someone special. Have you heard of Tagxedo.com??? I had not until I stumbled upon it surfing the web and checking out several blogs (this is why I can't give credit to the person that linked me to this website because I have no idea who it was or how I even got there). But I am SOOOOOO glad I found this. This is such a cool site and you can create so many beautiful word clouds... I am going to have some fun with this! Tuesday Mommy Tips- mini emergency kit for your diaperbag or purse

Every Tuesday I will post something called Tuesday Mommy Tips on my blog and my Facebook account. Today I want to share with you all a mini emergency kit that you can carry in your diaper bag or purse. You can even make this for a new mom, believe me, she will appreciate it.

Mini Emergency Kit
- little cute zipper bag (i used a makeup bag from lancome that i got free a while back) to place all items inside and in one place so your not searching for things in your purse or diaper bag
- small and large band aids
- alcohol wipes
- Neosporin
- sanitizer (1oz)
- wet one wipes ( travel size)
- shout wipe and go for small stains (travel size)
- nail file
- aspirin/ Tylenol
- safety pins

- tissues
